Why not 'AIDS extra'?? - but maybe that would be a brand violation cause it's too similar to ADIDAS...
This is useless and more of an opinion, but since that is closed, and i didn't want to screw up the "sweeper flight" post, i'll post it here: Finally after two months plus of varying degrees of self quarantine, I finally wrote a friend back there, that i felt "...safer here than in the states..". The US's biggest mistake (IMO) was leaving boundaries and most borders open, allowing clusters to spread. 14 days of quarantine without locks is worthless, especially if you gotta git ur machine gun and march with hundreds more to the statehouse, without masks. Pity the poor health workers.. One item which really caught my eye was the "Hokkaido Syndrome" (look it up), if anybody doesn't know how to search, i'll supply a link.
Actually many States tried to do that. Rhode Island wanted to ban vehicles from NY along with Florida wanting to do the same thing. The lawyers got involved and the Constitution won. Florida at least places all incoming people from other States under a 14 day quarantine. Maybe that is why there mortality rate and case rate was lower than many others. Florida's mistake was Spring Break, same with New Orleans and Mardi Gras. NY, well that was a mistake from Cuomo and De Blasio, telling everyone to go out and that they were New Yorkers and better prepared. Actually if you took NY, NJ, PA and CT out of the total case and death equation, the US would not be in such bad shape. But I do agree, I feel safer here than there.
........ ............ thank you for contributing american humour in the humour thread. I have one for you, too
