Do they still have French Fries in the United States? I thought they were upset by the French so they changed the name to Freedom Fries. Another small victory for mankind.
Yeah, like almost every other thing that has the word "chip" in its name somewhat resembles an potato chip. I can't think of anything that looks like fries. Weird flex but ok. Whoosh
"We really have everything in common with America nowadays except, of course, language." (Oscar Wilde, "The Canterville Ghost," 1887)
most people can be distinguished by their voice/accent/language, for the indigenous here its by there toes, all there lives wearing flip/flops.........if you were on a jeepney, and just looked down at the toes, you could easily pick out other foreigners, just by the toes alone
You assume I am a catholic which I am not, but at least now I know you are an agnostic, but you do sound like an atheist. Thank you for sharing. You also said that you are open to hearing, but you are not. Your mind might tell you so, but your heart is where your truth is. Have a good day. If you are truly an agnostic, then maybe you will wonder what happens and where you will go when you die. An atheist just believes when they die, that is it, back to nothing. Sadly, one day you will see it is simply not so. Yes, this virus and all of the other things have been foretold. That is why nothing surprises me. Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 all explain it, along with numerous other prophecies. But since you don't believe, it is all gibberish to you. All God is trying to to is get your attention before it is to late. He gave you warnings, he told the price for not obeying and rejecting him. Look at what he is offering, do you not think he has a right to make certain conditions applicable for you to receive those promises? And to provide punishment for those that are at war with Him?
It got started by someone posting a comment about God bashing. Sorry if any of us have offended you. And it wasn't me who began it, but I just felt I could no longer remain silent.
I'm a little confused about something...... Now let's assume Heaven and Hell are real, and when we die we'll go to one or the other. Heaven is where all the "good" people go, those that believe in God, those that don't "sin". So it's likely to be full of do-gooders, preachers, vegans, teetotalers, ramblers, cyclists, your boring aunt, etc. Daily activities might consist of Bible reading, sitting around in a circle singing Kumbaya, lighting candles, playing the acoustic guitar, praying, drinking tea, and organizing fetes and jumble sales. Hell, on the other hand, is where all the "bad" people go and the "sinners". So it's likely to be full of strippers, drug dealers, rock stars, hookers, landlords, party animals, DJs, brewers, hedonists and fornicators. Daily activities might consist of, well, any form of debauchery. So this is where I get confused. Why would anyone want to go to Heaven rather than Hell?
