As in within the past few days (Since June 5 or so)? Got a Lazada order and tracking shows it picked up by Ninja Van June 1 but haven't heard anything since.
where's your pkg originating from, china or the fils? did u read this thread? https://tinyurl.com/yb2qmsof there seems to be a delivery lag for some buyers and regular delivery times for others. i just had a chinese order sit somewhere for almost 4 weeks before it got picked up by ninja. too bad tracking doesn't indicate what depot a pkg has been scanned at instead of ''Departed Ninja Van warehouse/Parcel is being processed at Ninja Van warehouse - Ninja Van Sorting Facility''
Ninja send me several orders the last 2 weeks, no probs. LBC announces delivery every day in the morning since 10 days, but never show up :-)
I received a Ninjavan delivery yesterday vendors own packaging don't know how it got here. I regularly receive Manila Shopee by J&T Express. They use a ship from Manila to Bacolod and then by land to Dumaguete. Shipment pickup to delivery is about a week. The Manila to Bacolod ship is a dedicated run once a week. What holds up pickup to ship is if the shipment doesn't get to the ship before departure. Ordering from Shopee if using J&T Express, look at the vendors ship by date and add seven days to it when it will arrive at your house. Tip, you will save shipping charges if you use Shopee for the same item specifying J&T Express instead of Lazada. shakey aka John
john... thanks for the shipping information. do you know if parcels were transported by surface before the lock downs or were they sent air? do you, or anyone else, have any idea how lazada handles their deliveries? i've read several lazada seller replies to shipping questions in ''Questions about this product'' and sellers are saying lazada handles all shipping routing. i picture the seller sending packages to a parcel distribution center and then lazada hands the parcel over to one of the logistic companies but that's only a guess. if from china; parcels are accumulated in a warehouse there and then shipped (surface or air?) to fils customs and lazada takes over after customs.
Ninja delivered this order today, June 10. Lazada calls them their "Delivery Partner". Here is the tracking from China. yes that report was from Ninja and attached to an email. I thought you just wanted to know the logistics, which although the details are limited, are shown. Here is the tracking page from Lazada, available on their site. Pretty much the same thing but available at any stage. I don't know if a package can be tracked during all stages with Ninja but I would assume it could be. I assume you have Ninja's support email and Lazada and Ninja have yours. I wrote Ninja asking them if their support offers tracking from date of package receipt and will let you know if I get a response.
