Also Coffee Groove Cafe in Valencia opened wednesday. <<The Dumaguete City government announced Friday that it has allowed nine restaurants in the city to reopen dine-in at 30 percent of its full capacity, in compliance with the national IATF guidelines on areas under general community quarantine (GCQ). So far, 34 establishments were inspected and monitored by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to resume dine-in at 30% capacity. Of the 34, nine were approved.>>
