Many of us have seen the common pitfalls foreigners fall in to (or have been a victim to it ourselves). Personally, I have seen a handful foreigners that were very successful (most of these came here with a very large initial investment and/or a well thought out business plan and market research), a few that are always struggling barely making enough to pay the bills and a whole lot that have had their businesses go t*ts up in short order. It isn't crushing dreams, it is being realistic and being prepared.

And please remember, the question posed here was not about starting a business, it was a very vague request for a business partner with absolutely no information offered when it came to the actual business. Everyone involved (OP and forum members) should approach this type of request with extreme caution. A post like this is blood in the water and could very likely attract plenty of sharks...or it could be bucket of chum being thrown in the water to attract potential prey.

6. Asset Requirements?
7. Lease, Renovation , building requirements or office space?
8. Suppliers
9. Operating Expenses
10. Hire People or Outsource
11. Registration
12. Bank account for the business
13. Marketing
14. Government Compliance
15. Accounting and Financial Analysis
16. full outline of base costs in full with all profit margins expected
