I was there Tuesday last week. Came around 6am, was 10 in line... Last spot was filled around 7:45am. If nothing changed since then, its still only 30 a day. I went for a 6 month visa. I daubt any of this will change anytime soon...
I went on Tuesday at 9.30am and I was the only person there. I returned the following day at 11am to pick up my passport and there was only one person in front of me. When I mentioned to one of the ladies that I was surprised that it wasn’t busy she said that they had been very busy for weeks but it has all died down now.
i went friday yesterday. they opened up about 7-30 , i was done by 8-20 or so, only about five or six people there total, i was number 3. forgot to ask about the 30 limit. i will try to remember that monday when i go back to get my passport!!
Okay tired of waiting for "normal operations to resume" .. can someone tell me where this office is that will handle extension for me so I won't have to enter BI, Thanks
I went last Thursday and due to pick up today. To answer your question, yes they have a sheet of paper with 1-30, and you sign your name to the next open line and this is your number when they open. I will check later to see this is still the norm, I have NO reason to think it would change.
With no tourist here i was hoping to find a quiet BI, but apparently enough of us stayed to make a 30 a day limit? I will have to visit there for the first time in a few years, balik bayan is ending in september and guess will be a tourist again for the coming months / years. Don't think I can process 13A visa any day soon, not here in dgt and don't feel like travelling to process also. So what is your advise, go early to get on the 30 a day list or just come before lunch time and see if the 30 are already processed? I prefer to pass by one time more to see when there is less waiting then to spoil my day waiting there. Location is still in the same office?
