Andi the 750 peso was your ECC payment. it is normally 1250 but you don't pay the 500 fast lane at the Airport, the 2500 each was Travel tax. best you check your receipts

I asked about the 13a Visa when I visited the BI office last week. I was told by the immigration officer in Dumaguete that if you live on Negros Island is not possible to submit nor process a 13a visa right now due to travel restrictions to Cebu City or to Iloilo City. You can fill out the CGAF and get all your supporting documents prepared, but you will need to wait until perhaps next year to submit them. Only problem with that is the NBI Clearance might expire and your passport photos as well.

It is good for a year
You will not be able to make and application if you have less than 6 months left on your current passport so you will need to attend to that if time is not on your side

You have to go to Cebu for the BIO's, Photos and fingerprinting, They will not accept the BIO's from Dumaguete + As Davy L has recently said there is an Interview

    One of my ten
I have a tenant here who went that route for the last few years i believe.. No problem what so ever until he wanted to leave the county for medical treatment.. then the 250,000 peso falsified visa hit. lucky didn't end up in immigration jail and deported..
