13A Non-Quota Immigrant (Spouse) Visa

I did not know that the visa office that I posted about was in business that long ago and certainly did not know that they were falsifying visas. Since your friend had so much trouble I am writing the moderators to delete what I posted. I don't want to lead anyone to do anything illegal. Seems like I may not be as informed as I thought I was.

 

They used to be Up stairs in the corridor It was then just a Travel Agency that carried out some Visa arranging then when things got tough on 13a's and reporting they moved downstairs many of us have been here a long time and most can remember such Things A few years ago there was a problem with yearly report money go missing an many had to go to Manila to clear up the mess and the Books straight. Bad. Anyway the then ACO was involved and was sent to Mactan as penance

 

That is the reason you should save every receipt from the BI. When I applies for my 13a in Manila they wanted to see my latest receipt for my tourist visa as it had been renewed in Dumaguete. I always kep a copy of my most recent Annual Report in the back of my passport.

Don't trust the LTO either. Last year my wife went to renew here drivers license and found out she paid at the LTO and was given a new license but the money was not remitted to head office so she had been driving around on an invalid license. Keep yur receipts.
