I guess I should update my investors on the plan to buy a bridge and charge a toll.
So far there have been many investors, Yuge investments. The project has gone very well. Just fantastic.
We are looking for more investors to raise more capital.
Currently the project is on hold as all the capital went to management fees.
If I can get Bernie Madoff a pardon the project should go forward at that time.

I lived in Bagacay back then and used to walk across it daily on my way to downtown. It was the trees and the roots that washed down and took out the bases. Quite a site to behold.

The Colon Street bridge should have first been completed and reopened before ever beginning construction on the Batinguel-Bagacay Road. Because blocking off the only other paved diversion around downtown for residents in this area of Duma, only served to needlessly force these residents to join the hoards of other motorists already attempting to cross the crowded National Hwy bridge bottleneck downtown.

We had already agreed to 5% - what happened to it? Oh yes, just remembered where I am.

Originally, that was what they said, first one completed, then begin on the other one. Not sure what changed unless it had to do with budget money, a use it or lose scenario.

Well, it is delayed but it will be built. As Ted Kennedy once said, we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it.

A few projects seem to be on hold at the moment because the appointed contractors are from other islands. The road past Valencia municipal hall being one case.

You would think that with all of the workers that lost their jobs in other areas in the Country, they could reach out to them and give them some gainful employment. I sure many were from construction projects.
