Maybe he needs to look up the definition of "illiterate", because if we are illiterate if we don't know military time (which I do), he wouldn't need to write that, because the illiterate won't be able to read what he wrote. I know nobody here is illiterate, but what I just wrote sure made ME dizzy!!

 

i have more trouble with "ten july, 2020" reconciling that with july 10, 2020. whatever they use here is bass akwards for me
