Has anyone used Attorney Nathan (office in Bacong by PJ’s) for a real estate transactions? I have used him for other transactions, good guy
Hi there. We have just used Atty Nathan Ramacho for one land settlement and found him and his staff excellent. Yes he ìs busy, but efficient and a good communicator. I spoke to several so call Lawyers before selecting Atty Nathan. The other were no better than fee collecting paper shufflers. Thank you Nathan for a job well done. BTW we are using Atty Nathan for another property acquisition and another complex commerical theft matter
I have just concluded a real estate transaction with Atty. Nathan Ramacho, or "Nate" recently and can recommend his services. Very personable, caring and detail oriented. I have used his services for other legal matters. He is definitely not one of those "Do nothing and take the money" kind of attorneys people complain about.
