    One of the great movies.

My favourite has to be 'The Third Man'.

I recently watched again all the Sharpe movies from the 90's. Swashbuckling stuff!

my favorite movie of all times is "12 angry men"... a 1950s masterpiece filmed in black & white starring henry fonda and ensemble of 11 other outstanding actors... when i watched this film for the first time it blew me away... the acting is superb... if you've never seen it... i highly recommend you take the time to view it... it will leave a lasting impression.

If your taste runs to foreign films I would recommend "jean d florette" and the sequel "manon of the spring" directed by Claude Berri one of my favorites

I saw them many years ago - something very special about the pace and mood of French movies.

But surprisingly, neither of those two movies appear on the following 'Top 100' lists:

    https://www.timeout.com/paris/en/film/best-french-movies

    https://www.imdb.com/list/ls059693712/

But it encourages me to watch some more French movies, using those lists as a source.

ahh but they received 3.5 stars and 4 stars from Roger Ebert... my favorite reviewer of all time... also if you are wanting another recommendation "Marcel Pagnol's "My fathers glory" and "My mothers castle"
