    Just the opposite... the bottom paragraph explains why there will be no quarantine as it would delay essential services... only letter of acceptance for long distance and medical certificate for closer travel

    If this is accurate then it is new dimension and I could see the President VERY p*ssed off - the country is struggling economically and anyone who spreads the virus into previously safe areas is doing a very great disservice and perhaps could have his b*ll*cks torn off.

    Yes The Best Dumaguete reporting that all 872 people (from Dumaguete and Zamboanguita) tested negative from Friday's mass testing.

    A statement from 191 is quoted in a post on FB. The replies to his statement are very pointed.

    For example: "no apology nor remorse. How arrogant are these people? Does APOR stand for Arrogant Persons Outside of their Residence?"

    Not necessarily, they are reporting City Patients, not Province Patients. Also, the beginning of this, Number 191 is now recovered. Waiting for the well worded apology to come out next week sometime full of legalese.
