Sorry, if you don't thing politics is 'controversial' then remove that from the Forum. Because if politics are nt controversial, then nothing is. My opinion of you has not changed. Have you any idea how many good people have left this forum because of you Mr. Rye?
You can't talk about COVID without talking about politics. COVID = policy = politics. The controversial section is designed for foreign politics, COVID is international politics that involves the Philippines. It is relevant to Dumaguete, the Philippines and the forum and impossible to moderate from the main forums. Even if I had the time to do so people would immediately accuse me of restricting their free speech if they didn't agree with my completely arbitrary judgement call of what qualified as "politics"...and when it comes to COVID I wouldn't even know where to draw that line. Have you ever made a comment on or made criticisms of a foreign country's policy? Would that be considered "politics"? Some would say yes, some would say no...probably depending on if they agreed with you or not. I'm not playing that game. If you want to leave the forum go right ahead. I'm not here to make friends and every forum has members leave because they didn't agree with a moderator or admin. So if you want to continue whinging about this then you can p*ss right off with all those other disgruntled former members you supposedly know.
I doubt you have many who consider you a 'Friend' and even fewer who consider you a 'Moderator'. You got that so you could post what you want without retaliation that you want to dish out. You can't be ignored, I am sure many would.
OMG happy camper, all I can say is that you make it very hard for people who volunteer their time and energy to do so for nothing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
As your minus 8 (for negative ratings) indicate, you were not quite an Angel in the past. You seem to have calmed down these days but I don't think you are in the position to have a go at Happy Camper.
Tis the season of goodwill to all men........ Ho Ho Ho It use to be called the city of gentle people, dance with the music.
