I've a Mitsubishi Mirage that needs a major service. Valve adjustment, coolant change, air filter, transmission fluid change, tire rotation, etc, that kind of stuff. Went to the dealer and got a quote that seems excessive. Can anyone recommend a technician around the Dumaguete area that is reliable, competent, honest and able to communicate effectively? Would appreciate any recommendations from the resident experts here. Thank you in advance.

BMan near to the airport is good and won't take your eyes out. Had my Kia services there.

We used Robert Auto Service when we were there. Been awhile, so not sure if they are still in business. Also used Goodyear.

Used Goodyear last week. They're fine and reasonably priced

took ours to the dealer I think by the airport, and they were reasonable. Family liked them and were treated well. But we have a Strata, maybe easier to work on?

Based on Google reviews I visited Bman. We chatted and they took down contact information as well as what I wanted done. That's the last I heard from them.

In the Philippines often the customer has to do all the engaging - businesses appear to be content to plod along with 'que sera sera' as their theme tune. My wife had the same experience with Bman, but they are not alone in their customer 'service'.

It is odd to us that businesses seem not bothered about customers but just look at the economy and state of the country!
