    I don't know.
Meanwhile the authorities are allowing travel without restraint within the country so that the increasing case counts and variants in Manila can spread to the rest of the country.

I just talked to a friend in Quezon City and his laughing his guts out.... He said where he lives the only ones wearing face masks are the expats.. if a local gets stopped they pull some nasty rag out of their pocket and put it over their mouth so they don't get fined..

Major example of Russian roulette and I really hope the country does not get blown apart. National safety has given way to personal safety and it is every man for himself.

After thinking about the local logic, I got the unfortunate feeling it's gonna get worse before it gets better. I can't imagine the borders staying open too long. Be careful if you are gonna leave the island. Remember things can change in a day, and the next thing you know, you are stuck in Cebu for a month.

    Just read this one:

Being stuck for a month in Cebu, what about being stuck for now more than almost 15 months in Europe.

Foreign spouses (+kids) travelling with their Filipino spouse are still able to enter the country. Limits were put on the capacity of NAIA. Some flights temporarily diverted to Cebu. Not sure if international arrival limitations also apply to that entry point.

It looks like they will have to take a china made vaccine that has not been approved by the WHO as a step to getting an entry visa.
