"IATF eases restrictions on fully vaccinated seniors
By CNN Philippines Staff Published Jun 11, 2021 10:02:29 AM

The country's pandemic response task force on Friday allowed fully vaccinated senior citizens in areas under general community quarantine and modified GCQ to go out of their homes, provided they present their COVID-19 vaccination cards when asked and observe minimum health standards.

The Inter-Agency Task Force said interzonal travel is still prohibited for fully vaccinated seniors, except for point-to-point travel."

So, as expected (and not unreasonably so) they are easing off for FULLY vaccinated seniors in some areas. I am not aware if this replaces the exceptions already in place - such as being allowed to visit a dentist. I guess not, as not enough are yet fully vaccinated. I can see the relaxation for the vaccinated becoming wider over time, but no-one knows if this will eventually mean the unvaccinated become cut off from everything by law or by decisions made by individual organisations (i.e one dentist wanting a vaccination certificate and another not). The best solution then becomes to get vaccinated (or leave)!

Belcris required face shield and mask today. Guard did not ask if I had a vaccination card. I understand there is a 12 day possible exposure once vaccinated. I will not feel (somewhat) safe until after 2nd shot. By then there will probably be a new virus from the newly crowned Southern Ocean or somewhere that will obsolete the AZ shots. No worries, another day older. I wonder if there is an age expiration whereby the virus is not interested in attacking me and will prefer guys in their 30’s, where that age group is attracting Covid, guy in his 30’s in my purok tested positive, his kids moved to grand parents, wife allowed to stay with him. Not sure if barangay supplied condoms.

Aren't most cases in the 20-30 age group? This is the group that is out contributing to society and providing for families. We probably don't hear much about them as it is extremely rare for anyone in this age groups to have any serious health issues from contracting the virus.

Everyone knows what it currently means.

Sorry, I don't pay taxes any longer. Like most of the elderly, I am a moocher that takes more from the government than I give. I didn't pay any taxes last year and for some reason they said they owed me over $1000. Still waiting for them to pay that debt, I think the American tax payer owes me some interest for the delayed payment.

Go to your local barangay hall and fill in a form to register for Covid19 vaccine.... no cost. You need to give the numbers from your ID card eg ACR card or Philippine Driving licence. They also ask for your Philhealth number.
