    I just wish they (NGCP, NORECO) would henceforth coordinate with LGU's and the governor's office when planning power interruptions, so BEFORE announcing them. This whole thing (and not for the first time either) with first announcing then rescinding the announcement again looks rather unprofessional

    That's very polite.
    I would like to bet that local resort owners who would have arranged for extra staff for the event and also shops that told their staff the shop will be closed might use some harsher language.
    The official norecrap announcement was posted here at 12.22 am today although my wife did show me it on FB sometime yesterday evening.

    Possibly no scheduled brown out.
    Possibly more unscheduled brown out when they have to gather a crew in the middle of the night.
