Now I am fully vaxed but my LGU said they do not have a budget allocated for QR codes on their vax cards.
This leads me to the question of what (if any) LGUs here have provided them?

Vaccination cards are not even the same between different LGU's, do you think anyone here could even think far enough ahead to have any idea even what a QR code is

Just the people in Manilla that make the rules for themselves.
I have 2 from when I went to do my biometrics.
    S-pass - natl govt
    Traz (for port)
Now, to travel without testing, we need a vax card.
Along with drivers licence and ACR card and a credit card I am no longer using a walet but just wrapping all my ID's in a rubberband.

You may want to try here.
It is the official government website for applications for a (digital) vaccination certificate.
It is currently only operative for international travelers (including OFW's), and only if you travel within 14 days, but it might be your best bet.

I am not aware that for domestic travel you would need such a digital vaccination certificate. The vaccination card issued by your LGU when you got vaccinated should suffice for that.

Currently Bohol and Illo-Illo (as examples), are looking for this QR code from VAXCERT or the QR code embedded on the LGU vax caed.
We tried the site, our info was not found, called the natl. number, and were informed that our LGU has not (ever) submitted vaxination information regarding their residence.
This info is available for confimation when looking at criteria using the S-pass website.
For anyone going to Cebu City I would recomend reviewing the info because they have a few options of what they will accept.

I believe the department of quarantine issues vax cards that are recognized internationally. I also believe this requires a trip to Cebu as for some idiotic reason it can not be done online.
