Marriage Visa 13A through an agency how long before your passport is back?

A question for those members who used one of the agencies here in duma to get their 13A visa.

How long before you got your passport back?

 

A bit more back ground:

I'm using a guy through the Duma BI who acts as my agent (provides a service) and has done many 13A applications.

He tells me my passport must accompany my application and will be returned in 2 weeks... that seems quite quick so guess I then have to take it with me when I go to Cebu BI to do the biometrics
....and it then gets the 13A visa sticker placed in the passport.

Wondered how this compares to others who have used JRC or Dreamland Travel?

 

i used dreamland..got passport back in about 3 weeks with 13a prob stamp

Not yet Jack....the guy I'm using will send all the documents and application to the BI Manila via Cebu this week...once I give him my passport to accompany the paperwork. I need to extend my 9A visa for 2months first.

 

Finally did the deed and went to Cebu BI. Sibulan to Lilloan RORO was as expected,just pay and go.The big surprise was on my return. Proudly got all my stuff in hand to go pay Lilloan To Duma. Get in line and hand my nice color copies of my Vaxcert..my Vax Card(nicely laminated)my photocopies of Vax card,Government ID etc. Was promptly told..Oh Sir,We dont need to see that..you only need to show that when the Coast Guard is here at the desk..and they don't come here very much! Only in the Philippines! lmao

 

How about the Dgte-Cebu air link by CebuPacific? I see it scheduled, but is that real?

I've done enough third-world buses already to fill a lifetime.

 

We are waiting to see if it pushes through Jim.....and is reliable. Will be great to have it as an option again.
