Trades & Labor Property Manager/ care taker

Hey ya'll,
Does anyone have experiance with a property managment company that they would recomend?
If I need to leave for a while I would like to have someone come over to take care of regular things for a few months.
Examples:
Mow the grass
Clean the house
Run water thru the pipes
Make sure lights still work
And so on
I am NOT giving my keys to Juan and Juanita at the Sari-Sari store!

I believe John Paul Villaflores (i think memory not too bad) provides that service.

 

I found a reference to him on a 2017 post. Any chance of a contact number or website (not listed previously).
Internet gave a few FB and Linkedin name matches but none seemed to be this one.

 

We are currently in Thailand and thinking of coming to Duma for awhile, may be able to house sit if that is of interest. Would be April ish

my neighbor is a carpenter/maintenance kinda guy; he can do most anything, you name it.
- climbing/trimming trees, welding.
- native, frame and steel construction. concrete work, tile, roofing, electrical, plumbing,
- some basic vehicle mechanics; a jack of all trades, plus... he's honest!!!
