While the World has struggled these last couple of years with Covid amongst other happenings around the Globe.
One of which has been Black lives matter (BLM ), it's more noticable how media and advertising has changed for the better in some cases, in recent years .
With the present day situations going on around the world, should we not also take a look at the way Film and TV portrays our fellow human beings, no matter what colour or creed, my question being, do war films indoctrinate people, as to who the enemy might be?
With the terrible story unfolding in Ukraine at this present time, I struggle to believe that all Russian people in general , would truely support the war in Ukraine, if the true facts were revealed.
As the Propaganda and lies continue to spread, I sincerely hope those responsible for yet another conflict in our world, are brought to account........JB

I watched BLM and Antifa portray themselves for hundred of hours on Youtube live streams of "mostly peaceful protests".

It is not just war films. Hollywood has always done this. How many villains were Russian during the cold war? How many were Middle Eastern after 911? It makes sense. People tend not to be scared of people/groups they identify with. It's just human nature. I would bet Russian film is full of American villains.

Just like the January 6th "mostly peaceful protests" in DC or tiki torch marches. :meh: The left and right in the US both use the same play book: A violent mob does horrible sh*t, apologists point and say, "don't look over there, look at this group that was being peaceful". Both sides are f'ng pathetic and their true intentions couldn't be more transparent.

People tend to get violent when they are angry and converge in large groups. Doesn't matter what race, ethnic group, or political ideology they come from. Some loot and damage private and government property...some try to subvert democracy, commit treason and place an orange clown on a throne.
