Rye, if you received your vaccination in Valencia you need to select "Dumaguete" on the vac cert website to access your certification. Apparently being vaccinated in Valencia is part of the Dumaguete area of responsibility. We found this out after visiting the Valencia LGU trying to get a cert for my partner.
Just tried it. Still not there. Gf got her vaccination the same time and place as mine. Her cert was registered in Valencia and was found online without any problem. They must have messed up entering my details in their system.
I had to go to the vaccination center recently because my vaccination was not showing up online. They took a picture of my card with their phone and entered the data within a week.
I had first shots in Dumaguete and booster in Valencia. Have the VaxCert as I hassled both offices to enter me on the system, though, to be honest, it did not take much effort on my part. I selected Dumaguete City and Valencia as appropriate to get the online certs. If anyone having 'sh*t' getting their Valencia VaxCert entered and need it urgently for travel, can most probably get a contact and pull a string or two, pm me. The Dumaguete VaxCerts are issued from NOPH office; turn right as entering the hospital and go up the stairs half way along the building. At top of the stairs there's a window just to the right...ask in there. They asked me to fill up a slip with details on and was on the system in a few days.
Were there any lines? How long did the entire process take? Did you have to return to the hospital to pick up the cert or were you able to find it on the website afterwards or have it emailed to you?
First, I need to correct my info earlier. I had the first two vaccines in Dumaguete City, but administered by the Provincial Health Office. That's why I had to go to the Provincial Office at NOPH as described. Had to choose 'Dumaguete City' on the VaxCert website, as Negros Oriental does not appear (Valencia does). The important thing seems to be which LGU gave the vaccines, not where it happened. I imagine anyone receiving doses from Dumaguete City would need to contact their health office next to the fire station downtown. Getting the provincial doses entered on VaxCert involved going to NOPH as mentioned....no queue, just inform the guard what you are there for and fill up the short info slip (name, DOB, date and type of vaccine), hand to the guard or through the window and then go away and wait for it to appear on VaxCert. Best to get a cellphone number while there to chase up if necessary. I think the lady's name in the office doing the entering was Susan. If Valencia LGU administered any of your shots, have to give details to that LGU. I was lucky to be able to get a contact in their health office who passed on the details to the person that enters on VaxCert. I went to the gymnasium to give the details whilst they were doing the kids vaccination and handed to one of the nurses. Appeared on there after about a week and one chase up. I guess the process would be the same with any of the LGUs, but I don't know if any other individual LGUs were doling out vaccines, or just the Provincial and City, aside from Valencia.
