    First time I bought Bread there, Sourdough Bread. Very tasty and had a good crust. Other kind of bread also available.
    It's a french guy Mikel oder Michel. Place is in Aldea Homes, Sibulan (along Highway, near across new Polymedic Hospital).

    Thanks. Although being Swiss sourdough bread is not my favorite bread. But I have to admit it is getting more popular in Switzerland as well. I will give it a try.

    Pity he is in Sibulan, the bread looks really good on his FB page, but a bit far for picking up some bread (for us).
    Luckily we have Rollin' Pin nearby, and Blair's Proper in the other direction (both good bread also).

    There are an Ukrainian guy who sell sourdoughbread in Valencia, GoNutz bakehouse and bites on Jose peping Romero Dr, great bread 3 differnt sizes, he have a Fb page and you can find him on google maps. In Valencia Sunday market you can buy sourdough and ryebread, they also sell White bread, different style

    Thanks Pat,

    Whole wheat is our most popular and we bake this daily. We also make White bread, Sourdough and Bagels to order just text message, email or FB Messenger us the day before to reserve. Our Rye is excellent but subject to Rye flour availability which has been impossible to find since January.
