    I think so too. What really saddens me to me it feels we have more brown outs than we had 20 years ago. There is simply no progress in the Philippines (Dumaguete). In the best-case scenario, stagnation or regression as far as the power supply is concerned. I could also mention LTO. But this is another story. But who cares, we live here voluntarily. Don't we ?
