    Thank you for another brownout. BTW, apparently a new airport will be built in Bacong over the next 7 years for billions of Pesos. A few days ago one could read in the news that the budget had been approved in Manila. At the same time, it has not been possible to guarantee a stable power supply for the industry and private households in Negros Oriental over the last 30 years. Priorities in this country are handled in a rather odd way.
