No and I never will be. Used them one time to file a claim and the VA needed more info and they never got it for them, never contacted me, nothing, just let the claim die. I filed it all myself and it went through fine. I would have joined if they proved useful but they did just the opposite.
I am disappointed with their lack of support when trying to get that last 10% and when I filed an appeal. The primary reason I joined them was their legal support.
