Urgent: Looking for an accommodation for 12 people in Dumaguete.
Duration: 5th July till 23th July

We need to rent a house or accommodation for 12 people in Dumaguete. Any hints will be welcome. Paying up to 6 hotel rooms is too expensive for us.

The cause of this is the current location is in a suboptimal condition and now one aircon of one of the three rooms is now broken down and we have to move now to a different location.

Try airbnb.com. I searched for 12 people and 28 options were returned starting around $100/day.

That's probably how he got in "the current location" which he said is "in a suboptimal condition". I've been there and done that. So many airbnbs are utter crap but the pic and description are great.

We are currently in Ayungon because relatives are living there. At least I was able to fix the aircon on my own. It was full with dirt. After cleaning it was working fine.

Fingers crossed that I'll never get into a situation where I'm expected to house 12, other than for a celebration or similar.
Nah, no need for crossed fingers really, I'll just say no.

We will celebrate the end of school and the birthday of my daughter very soon. This is why we are 12 people.

Let's not "assume". I've never had an issue with an Airbnb rental (4). In addition to the pictures, the reviews give you a pretty idea of what you are going to get. That said, I'm not looking for a place to hold 12 people, which is a bit of an anomaly.

What part of "I have been there and done that" is assuming? But I respect your right to continue to believe until proven otherwise.

The assumption you made was that the OP had tried Airbnb. Next time I stay at an Airbnb, I'll have to take you with since I appear to be better at picking places.
