Like a different country

I recently spent a few days in Makati, there are of course huge differences between a city such as Makati and Dumaguete but the thing that stood out to me most was that wherever i went i did not see one single dog without a leash.
The other thing was the traffic enforcers actually enforcing.

 

I forgot to add that for some reason it's shoes off again at the airport security.
