Does anyone happen to know if there is a place selling new IBC's? I'm having the wife search Facebook marketplace for used ones as well. I'm a bit leery of going with a used one in case it previously had any chemicals that could leach into the plastic. This will basically be used to transport water for agriculture use until I can sort out a well, so I do not want to be introducing chemicals into the soil or my aquaponics. Thanks in advance! Shawn
I looked at them, but looks like I'd need to order and get delivered...not sure how much more delivery would be. I'd like to have one in the next few days if possible. I only have a few weeks at home so really want to get as much done on the farm land before I have to head back to my day job. The folks from the Facebook Marketplace are coming through...tote had shampoo previously, 8.7K which includes delivery today at 1400. Obviously need to look at it in person but am hopeful it will work for what we need. Shawn
Yes, exactly what we need; cleaned out again before delivery. Once my wife saw what an IBC was in person, she has a few other ideas on where to use in the future. Thinking she may procure a couple more going forward. Thanks! Shawn
Glad to hear it. They're ideal for rainwater harvesting and you can build up quite a sizeable reservoir with a few IBC's along with some plastic pipe and guttering.
