    This subject came up a while back. There was no clear answer. Since then (as a passenger, can't drive) I have studied this conundrum and my conclusion is there is no right of way, it is just a figment of your imagination.

    Ceres buses always seem to have no problems, their operating motto is funerals are cheaper than hospital treatment lol.
