It would be a very painful experience to pay so much money up front and not receive the generator. Lazada has done nothing for me when sellers cheat or fail to deliver. I followed all the rules like a fool, and was still stiffed. Lazada offered no real assistance. That is why I pay on delivery. However with such an expensive item like a generator, the seller, understandably, will not do that.

Check this place out. I think he has just what you're looking for. I bought a PhilKing 4200 from him about a year and a half ago and it's working great. He has a few other sizes too. He's a good guy to do business with and is very responsive. Shipping was reasonable and quick.

Our 3500W gasoline/LPG dual generator is actually for sale here in Dumaguete. I posted it on Carousell for 8500 pesos. Slightly used. Works well, carburator just needs some calibration. Electric starter.

I bought my small generator via Lazada, COD. No issues, works fine. Also when claiming, Customer Service support always assists and decides in my favor in case the seller does not accept my claim.

So far, no trouble buying things online, touch wood.

The only experience I have to buy things on line is with Lazada. All in all not one single problem so far. Delivery time can sometimes be a bit disappointed, but if you don't like that simply cancel the order and remove the item from your cart.
Had two issues with watches and one with a dashcam. All three issues I reported to Lazada. The seller however did never give a reaction within the granted period and so Lazada did refund the full amount. Still have both watches, no Rolex or any other expensive brand but after replacement of the battery, which in fact was the issue, still running perfectly.

No need to nuy a generator online. There are plenty dealers in Dumaguete and Sibulan.

They will deliver it and do the installation. You need a switch and some other stuff.

Get the mobile number of the technician, give him a few bucks, and whenever you have an issue in the future he will be more than happy to assist you. Probably after working hours.
