Hey everyone, I'm staying around 45mins from Dumaguete and every now and again I need to break to have a few drinks, stay the night, and relax in a city. Where would you recommend as to a place to head out. I'm mid 40s, ideally not an expat only place, not sleazy, and good music selection would be a bonus (hard in Phil I've found). Thanks in advance!
