I sent an email to the 3 contact addresses shown on the BI website to inquire about my report and they replied telling me to keep checking for an update on the portal, i checked yesterday and my report had been released. Looks like they don't send an email, that's a surprise
I just did my annual report for this year online and was pleased to see a big improvement in the service, the officer i got was a female and could speak perfect English and once i made the payment the email with the receipt from the BI arrived in less than 1 minute, no more waiting for evaluation
Can you post a link to the website where you availed the service and how did you make the payment. Also what was the cost?
I got there at 7:00. Parked in only spot in the front by bakery (other 2 spots reserved). BI website said they open at 7:00 but only guard there at that time. Processing started at 8:00, in and out quickly. 18-20 people waiting.
