Palm (a Belgian beer) is always on my shopping list but how hard I am looking for, so far never see it in the 4 most well known supermarkets in town. So wondering if Rosy Palm, after all same family name, knows better where I have to look.

It is a very sad statistic indeed, but it's also not really new. New cases worldwide have been on a downward path for at least the last 25 years, with the Philippines as a notable exception. New cases here have been on the rise all that time. I would say it is a little late for the DOH to call for an emergency declaration now.
It has nothing to do with the food of course there, but the disco can be a place to hang out if you can stand loud music. Going there for other purposes such as a one night stand is a tricky business and don't be shocked of a surprise that will show up for immediate medical attention.
