Curious to find out what todays celebrations might be, I checked it out. Waffle lovers might be surprised to know that today is National Waffle Day. Also it is the celebration of Kobe Bryant day, and Vesuvius day. I was surprised too that it is also Independence Day in Ukraine I truly hope that peace will return there, and an end to all the destruction and loss of life, will not of been in vain.
