Does anybody in the group know anyone that lives there and has any good or bad reports about living there ?

I've been there only once for an event at their event hall near the entrance. No idea how often it is in use, but in any case I would avoid living near to that event venue, because of noise issues. An advantage would be that it's pretty near to the diversion road, so if you need to go anywhere other than downtown there's alternatives. Other than the event venue my impression was that it's fairly quiet there, and mostly it seemed fairly large lots/houses, but satellite view on google maps suggests there's also a fairly large number of unbuilt lots.
My sister in law had an accounting associate that built a house in there and it was beautifully constructed and designed but the lot prices are too pricy for us. Some of our family lives nearby so we were interested years ago.
