I have been to see Dr Flores twice over the years and agree with the comment above but it now seems very difficult to get to see him, twice in the past my wife just went to his office and spoke to the secretary who told us to wait to be called, we had to wait a while then we saw him.
Over the last week we have went twice to his office at around 10am and got the same response from his secretary, all the numbers are gone for today, he only see's 25 people per day, you have to come at 7am to get a number then wait your turn, the doctor usually comes around 8am, is it possible to book a day ahead, no, is it possible to call by phone at 7am to get a number, no.
I am not a hospital administrator but surely from a health point of view it must be better not to have a vast amount of people all together in a small area but both times we went the waiting area was almost completely full of people with barely an empty chair, hanta virus here we come.
Maybe because of the good recommendations he is too busy now and difficult to see, if i manage to find another good ENT doctor i am not going to tell anyone :sneaky:

I can't really help with a recommendation for an ENT specialist, but generally speaking, I find the way Ace hospital in Daro is organized a lot better than Silliman.
At Ace, each department has its own waiting area, so there's not a huge number of patients coughing and sneezing in one area.
Moreover, my experience so far with regard to waiting times has also been a lot more favourable at Ace compared to Silliman. My asawa calls the doctor's secretary in advance, makes an appointment for a certain time, and usually the wait is no more than 30-45 mins at most.
As for the other options, i.m.h.o. Holy Child is long overdue for demolition, Polymedic in Sibulan I haven't been, and the Provincial Hospital is probably best avoided as long as you can afford an alternative.
