    valencia lot

valencia is the place to go if you are looking to retire and live peacefully... plus, we have very nice incentives (im from valencia)..

electricity refund of 850 a month...potable water is at 92.00 a month (minimum)...cooler place and the police have a tight look-out on the residents..

globe broadband is available in valencia as well as pldt...

the downfall?...lots are more expensive than in any other place...

Are you sure about that? Do you have Globe and/or PLDT DSL installed in Valencia?

I am sure of that...i have globe broadband at home which i pay for 999 a month..unlimited internet...it fits me perfectly because i only use the internet for email and chatting sometimes...i dont use it to earn money..

and fyi: there are 3 internet shops servicing valencia...one uses pldt, and the other two uses globe...

    Valencia?

Good grief! That's way past Hypermart - at the edge of civilization, or perhaps just beyond.

    choice

residing in a certain place is a personal choice...whether some people reside at the peak of the mountain or at the heart of a noisy city is not anybody's business...because, again, IT is a personal choice.

reserve your nonchalant comments for yourself. . as the old folks here say, if you have nothing better to say, SHUT your mouth...

Good day, c rymz. Feeling a little testy today, are we?

Most fish don't rise quite so quickly to the bait. I felt the snap of one on the line all the way down here on the lowland flats.

    GOTCHA!

    Have a nice day!

    just so you know

Without YABS and his quick retorts. It would be boring reading. So YABS keep up the good work:D I have land in my wife's name it is a risk that I am willing to take. You can lose your land for a thousand reasons in the western world. If the Government, state or City wants your land they just condemn it and take. Taxes, Divorce it is endless so I really don't think buying land in the Philippines is any greater of a risk than any place else.:D Sorry about hijacking the thread. Back to topic.....
