Moving Negro's we hope. Nice place and looking at the grounds I would say you should not have a problem selling the property, however not to me as I like Sibulan near Duma too, too much. But I will mention to a few friends that may be interested.
My husband & I fell in love- Sibulan the very first time we stepped on the lot that we bought. It's a pleasant surrounding and the view is fabulous. Hope to meet you B-F someday.
I live near Sibulan town center in a very nice gardened estate own by a swiss guy call Hans. I and my partner can regularly can be seen walking around or once in a while I can be seen drinking a beer or two at the watering holes. I am pretty much like a Filipino and blend in where ever I am of course my white skin is a give away. lol. I am sure we will bump into each other are you residing here or in UK?
We are still in the Uk @ the moment and had planned to retire either this year or next. But, the present situation "Credit Crunch" where house prices are low, Pound to peso is 20% lower a year ago. For us it's not the right time to sell out and move to Duma as of yet. I'm still keeping my job and whinge about the lousy weather of the UK.:(
Yes the peso pond thing once again does not look good, but it will rise again. Its going to rain here I think, lol I really do not think I will go back to UK again other than to sort a few things out two years time. Too cold, too expensive and full of people looking for the streets pave with gold. I retired when I was 54 it was the best decision of my life. Best wishes for your retirement.
