That looks like a lovely property the kind I would be looking for. Before I try to contact the owner can you tell me is this a small subdivision with several houses in it or is what you see in the picture the total house?

Thank you Julieta, that is a very nice looking home! I will discus it further with Asawa ko Julieta, but for now we really just want to find a vacant lot or even a lot that has older building on it that we can remove. Our home plans that we've designed and have had approved are just one level little over 1,800 square feet. 3 bedroom 4 cr with rooftop deck on back half of home. We'd really need room for outside garden and room for our future children to play. By trade I am a builder and finish carpenter. I really would like to build our home myself also hiring local talent at the same time to help us with quality and craftsmanship. I really admire the filipino craftsmanship and attention to detail and would love these subtle touches for our own home. Please tell your friends their home is wonderful and if I know of anybody looking for finished home I will definitely let them know about your friends home! Thank you very much, Jen and Bill

Thank you Rhoody! I really enjoyed your websites by the way. After we build our home we'd like to sit down with you as we are interested in helping the little ones as well. We've made it our personal mission to bring education to the folks living at the dumpsite that they might have a brighter future. We realize it will be a long-term commitment and seems like you've already accomplished some great things there already. Asawa ko has a fervent passion for helping kids and this would be a dream come true for both of us. We have a kuya who lives in Switzerland who is a diver like yourself. I believe he would love to meet you too! Thanks again Rhoody for the advice!! I have alot to learn about computers! I mostly have muscle between my ears whereas Asawa ko has brains  Jen and Bill

Gorbana, we can sit down anytime on a coke light, no matter if your house is under construction or finished. I am always happy to meet new people here around Dumaguete, wherever and whenever if I am not under water.

    cheers

Rhoody, I would really enjoy that! My great great grandparents were from Germany, and I'd love to learn more about your country. Rhoody, Hope you don't mind my asking, do you work in Philippines? I would love to be able to work in the Philippines so I could stay home longer with Jen and our baby Sun! Be Well, Jen and Bill
