    Hello Jen and Bill,
We are from Las Vegas, Nevada. Tell your asawa, don't be shy to anybody. We are down to earth people. Friendly advise, it is good that she is the front on looking your properties so you can get a local price.

    Hello Judelyn,
Las Vegas is not too far from Idaho, I think around 13 hour drive or so. I love to visit there, what an amazing city and growing so fast! We have some filipino friends living there working in the hotel industry and love the climate there! Thank you Judelyn, I appreciate your openness in helping Asawa ko and I will keep encouraging her:smile: She's just the most wonderful person I've ever met, you will just instantly fall in love with her:smile: When you return to Las Vegas and you need help eating lumpia just let me know!!! been soooooo long since I've eaten any filipino cuisine!! Thank you again and God bless, Jen & Bill

    Rhoody,
Thank you for creating this wonderful forum!! I just clicked on one of your advertisers links and just found the least expensive round-trip flight from Boise, Idaho to Cebu!! At first I was shocked and now just very very impressed by the high caliber of companies that advertise on Dumaguete Info!!! Truly I cannot wait to shake your hand personally!! I'll even buy you a beer while Asawa ko and I drink pepsi's getting to know you better!! Truly what ever you get paid is not enough:smile: God bless and be well,
    Jen & Bill

    Rhoody,
DI has really helped with my homesickness. Truly only the loving embrace of my darling Asawa, can take my loneliness away 100%, but DI has been an immense help. With this venue, seems we are walking along the promenade, greeting and meeting new people along the way talking about the things that matter and not politics or the like. Every time I log in, I feel refreshed, even smiling a bit more while I go about my daily tasks! Take care and I know the worse day in Dumaguete is better than the best day any where else on earth! hmmmm might put that on a t-shirt! heheheh Be well,
    Jen & Bill

    Nice intro...

Without first legally sort out your share of the land with your relatives & have it properly titled, anyone with slightest bit of intelligence will know enough to not want to touch it with a ten foot pole. Maybe you should get an attorney and have the title sort out before you try to sell it to an unsuspecting/unknowledgeable individual. You wouldn't want your buyer to end up being stuck with a land that they can't legally own or do anything with...would you?

    Deanauster,
The best You can do is contacting a surveyor to find out what belongs to who.
There are many surveyors in Dumaguete but You may try to call 09157778229
This surveyor knows his job, just make an agreement about the total cost before the surveyor-work start
If part of this lot was sold the sale is invalid if not all owners agree.
You can only sell Your part after it is clearly divided and all owners of the lot agree about their share.

I agree that you need a surveyor to determine how the land is divided. Judith's uncle Ronilo Duran is also a surveyor. You can reach him at 09268010495. Tell him Tom and Judith sent you.
