Actually your house looks like it might have some potential. I used to build homes in America and I know only cost little to fix this up. Could you possibly give me details about square meters of land, floor plan? We would prefer something closer to Dumaguete, but our brother-in-law from Switzerland is a diver and he might be interested. Thanks and God bless,

Nice to have people around with a good sense of humour....
I do not know your standards mate, probably you've just visited Buckingham Palace, or perhaps you've just returned from a trip to Legoland. One way or another, you do not have a clue about building else you would have known it does not take a lot of efforts to fix whatever is not up to scratch, as the building is sound, it may also be that you or some of your friends are interested and trying to knock the price down a bit......one way or the other...YOUR LOSS!

Personally, From being a contractor here in the US that house is a DIAMOND in the rough ..... It could be refurbished to a truely native philippine style home as it was ment to be. If you want Buckingham palace style home why live in the philippines. I like your house Union Jack. Besides you can't buy the concrete and replace it today as cheap as it was back then. Someone will buy it and refurbish it for alot less than just dozing it down. Such a waist of a good structure. Hope someone is smarter than that.
