well he has come down a bit. he asked 95K when i asked about 3 weeks ago, i did not even bother saying anything after that. i just left.

i do not really understand the negotiation process in this country, it seems like some people try mock shock or look insulted that u express that their product may not be worth the price they state, however fanciful the price may be. one guy in tagbilaran was looking for 10k more than the new price for a 2 year honda xrm 125, he actually left the store when i asked him to give me another quote, i was a bit sarcastic but still well in the realm of banter.

 

Yes a week ago i ask also,it was that time 85kb but neg.They have here no good second hand prices,i mean realistic.Iff you see how many bikes are 4 sale,just the not pay there paydownments.I ask the price,sometimes even higher then a cash new price.They just count all downpayments there must be done and thats the price.There not intrested that the tires already half,etc....In the western contries the second hand is always half the new prices even you just left the garage with ur vihicle.But they will change,they must or they will have a big mountain off old iron the coming years:D :D :D
i deceded to buy a new,in rusi,maybe not the best quality,but shure the best value for ur money.

 

If anyone is still looking for a honda xr-200, I am selling mine. It will be available for sale in Feb, I am planning to return to the states. I have tried to list it in the classified section, but im new here, so unsure if it will work. I am preparing early.

I paid 90,000 peso for it used. 3000kms. now has 6800 kms. its perfect.

I will be donating the 2 helmets to the buyer(worth 2000 peso). I will consider offers over 86000.
