Are we correct in assuming that the house is finished and you do have legal title?

 

OUr estate...

We have a very tight land lease written by one of Duma. notable judges. The title is clean for Fillipino spouses, and easily transferable.

The house is not finished, as it is still under construction. This is a huge project and house, and about 2/3 done. The asking price is about 1/2 of what we have in the project now, and an estate of this magnitude could not be duplicated again for even double of our asking price, and the small amount needed to finish, especially when you consider the size of the house, landscaping, pool, and oceanfront.
