That's right. I am here in a town that boast several universities and I cannot get the help I need to develope my websites. Stange but true. I have has some Philippinos work for me via freelancers over the internet but they proved to be very irresponsible and one was not qualified. It seems like if I want this work done properly I will have to outsource to India. Sad but true it seems.

I am a retired web designer, not truthfully interested in building websites any more and not money driven.

What you have not stated is what web site skills are needed? asp, jarva,vb html, flash, dreamweaver etc.

Is actually very important and the people that you employ need to have the tools for the job.

It would also be handy to know if your building a e-com sight such as shopping on line. Do you need some one with form designing skills etc, etc.

By the way guys if you need someone to sort your software and hardware problems I sometimes get bored and offer my software and hardware skills for free.
