Need Full Time Employee For Internet Marketing Tasks!

    Hello,
    My name is Mark Mitchell and I live in the US in Greenwood Indiana.I am seeking a DEPENDABLE,TRUSTWORTHY,SKILLED person to assist me with my internet marketing business.I am looking to hire a full time person(40 hours per week)Below are the tasks I need assistance with and I will try and be as detailed as I can.

    Create wordpress blogs
    Create web pages and mini sites using software and html editing tools
    Adding and editing products on my 2 ecommerce stores
    Create videos specifically screen capture with camtasia or similar software
    Create slideshows with powerpoint or similar software
    Create cd/dvds using roxio easy cd creator or similar software-specifically putting ebooks on dvds
    Posting to classifieds,ebay
    Installing scripts on domains
    Basic internet marketing knowledge and experience

    If you cannot do one or two of these tasks I would still like to speak with you to discuss options.The starting pay will be $260 per month and you will be paid weekly.I will evaluate you on a monthly basis for raises and bonuses.If you are productive you can expect to get bonuses monthly.You can contact me at markandroena@gmail.com and please if you don't have most of these skills do not apply.

    I know someone who can do this but according to her the whole work involves a lot of time, say, 24 hours a day since our internet connection here is not that fast at times.

    However, she's asking if content for these blogs will be provided for, or does she need to create content for them as well (aside from installing Wordpress)? Will you be providing hosting for the webpages you need created? Do you provide all tools / softwares necessary to accomplish the tasks you ask for?

    i have most of the skills that u are looking for...im currently working as a copy editor..however, internet is really slow here...

    Thanks for the reply,
    I would provide all the tools and software and also any content that I would need to add to the blogs.I will provide everything a person would need to carry out these tasks they would just need to be able to do these tasks without having to be trained.I do realize the internet is slow there but the person I hire would have to be productive.The main thing is if the person has the skills and experience to do these tasks.

    Is it possible to obtain a faster service so you could be more productive.I do realize the internet is slow there but I would expect a certain amount of work done per week to pay that wage.

    Speed depends on your subscription. If you pay more, internet is faster. Some providers are quite unreliable when it comes to speed and availability. However, I found one company whose speed is fairly constant and reliable.

    Hello,
    I would imagine they do have decent subscriptions but the cost is more.If you are doing online work it is worth the expense.Can you tell me of the tasks I listed which ones do you have experience with and which ones you don't.Can you give me some samples of any work you have done regarding the tasks I mentioned.

    Aside from speed there's Noreco II's regular brown-outs to deal with. LOL.

    In the interest of "giving back" for cheap labor, you might consider managing your staff through a service such as Odesk. Odesk has great features for management, time tracking and other features such as automatic screen shots.

    The advantage for your staff is that they can build up reputation which they can use to land other (higher paying) jobs through the service. Sure, this might take some of their time from you, but they can still help you part time and send other helpers your way.

    The disadvantage is the cost overhead from fees the service charges, but I believe the benefits are worth it for both sides.
