    hi.. im maya and i need a nice furnished/unfurnished house/apt/condo for rent in dgte or valencia..hopefully could get one from 4k-6k. i plan to move in next month. ty :smile:

    that seems a little low for a house, natasha homes do apmts for about 10k, that's furnished /air con and electricity + water + cable TV

    hi maya...i can show you a house in valencia (where i am from)...It is being rented for 6K...its good enough bargain for the house...its descent and its concrete...but you have a little space(which would be fine if there's only 2 people in the house)...its just beside the roaD..if you want to look at the house, i can accompany you during sundays only...u can look for me in front of the mayor's house in valencia...

    ei, thanks to all who replied... but i already got one..it's in calindagan, near st. louis school. newly-built studio apt. and cable is free...hahaha...
