    Price too high

    I don't mean to rain on your parade buddy, but I think 5.5 million pesos is kinda of a high asking price. If you knocked it down and was selling it for 3 million pesos then I would say that was a decent deal. I know it's your house and you can ask whatever price you want for it, but I think even an expat that has that kind of money would not spend 5.5 for it especially when he could get it in that area for 2 or 3 million pesos. Nothing personal buddy, just adding my 2 pesos of thought regarding your ad.
