Yeah Pedro, This guy is really dreaming. Who has money in that area anyway to rent or even buy. I hear that many banks are freezing up the loans all over the country since the floods hit hard. I even heard that one bank denied a whole city government a loan and there is nothing the town Mayor can do. I guess many filipinos will not be even able to buy a financed home for a very long time. I'm waiting for the peso exchange rate to crash to 60 to 1 US Dollar. It will soon come and hit the Philippine economy even harder. I guess the Philippine government can't right out anymore blank checks on this one.

 

60 pesos for one US $ means 90 pesos for one Euro and by that time 1 Euro is already 2 US $ means 120 pesos for one Euro, keep dreaming.

 

1 Euro = 1 English pound, I'll be happy to see 102 pesos = 1 Euro
And I'm not dreaming.
Not so long ago House prices were around 3M and 97 pesos to the English pound
